Rates *: 

 

Minimum two nights on weekends, Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun, or extended one night option below
(except if the Friday is already booked to another party)
Minimum of four nights between 24th December and 7th January and three nights over Easter

Weekends December through April & Holiday weekends
     $200 per night for 1-2 guests using 1 bedroom & $25 per extra (room or person)

Other times
     $180 per night for 1-2 guests using 1 bedroom & $20 per extra (room or person)          

Weekly Rates - 5 times daily rate

Monthly Rates - 15 times daily rate

Off season extended one night stay - for 1.5 times the nightly rate check in early and check out late. Ideal for a weekend in Matakana when you don't want to stay two nights.

Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Visa and Mastercard accepted. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are not made within 48 hours of expected arrival.
Please note that if a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be refunded only if we are able to obtain a replacement booking.
In case we have consecutive guests, please arrive after 3pm and depart by 11am. However we may be able to be flexible with times so please check with us nearer your visit. 
Maximum of 6 persons sleeping over.
No pets.
Smoking only outside.
